Terms of Service & Disclaimer

AuditForge is a pay-per-contract platform that runs automated static analysis and AI reasoning against Solidity smart contracts and returns a report of potential findings. Reports are informational and provided on a best-effort basis.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that findings are complete, accurate, or that the absence of a finding means the absence of a vulnerability. Automated analysis can produce both false positives and false negatives.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditForge and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of funds, tokens, or data — arising from your use of the service or reliance on any report. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

Audits are paid per contract in the displayed cryptocurrency on the supported network. On-chain payments are final and non-refundable once an audit job has been queued. You are responsible for network gas fees and for sending the correct amount to the correct address.

You represent that you have the right to submit any contract code you upload. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to attack the platform, or to submit code you are not authorized to share.

Submitted contract source is encrypted at rest. We retain job records and reports so you can retrieve them, and delete or anonymize contract source on request. We do not sell your data. Wallet addresses are stored to associate jobs with the paying account.

The optional human-review tier queues your audit for manual review by a security engineer. Scope, timing, and pricing are agreed separately and are not covered by the automated audit fee.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
